Mounted at the top of the Black Box Elite enclosure, the onboard camera gives operators live visual verification day or night.

Its infrared reach extends up to 164 feet, helping teams monitor more of the scene before and during an event.

Black Box Elite is built to move wherever the risk moves, from temporary installations to urgent site coverage.

The unit runs from standard AC power and includes a battery backup designed to keep protection online for up to 24 hours when primary power is interrupted.

Camera

The camera uses AI-assisted detection to filter out irrelevant scene activity, helping reduce nuisance triggers from small animals and non-threat movement.

It also supports smart motion workflows such as tripwire and intrusion detection, while Starlight imaging preserves visibility in near-dark conditions.

Dedicated Motion Devices

Black Box Elite can be paired with quad-element PIR detection designed to reject false alarms caused by pets, rodents, and low-level scene noise.

Compressed Particulate Module System

Black Box Elite uses compressed particulate module technology that burns at a high rate to establish loss of visibility inside the protected area.

The cartridge uses compressed food-grade powders inside a compact metal body. On activation, it burns efficiently, deploys in roughly 12 seconds, and can hold the environment in a low-visibility state for about 30 to 45 minutes per discharge.
